It is time for us to get ready for the Mother’s Day Show at the Botanic Garden May 8-9 so bring your possible show trees to the meeting and we will find stands and companion plants and get them all cleaned up and identified and ready to go.

All members are encouraged to participate in this annual event not only by volunteering to set up and take down and greet our guests but by displaying their work. Not all of us have perfect quality trees but we all have have worked and learned and now is a chance for us to display our efforts. People who attend appreciate seeing the beginning as well as the end product. Besides it is a lot more fun when you have something on display so bring what you have to the meeting and let the show chair, John, give you some pointers on how to exhibit it to best advantage.
